What is 30 Days Fit?
A thirty day fitness kickstarter designed to help you hit the ground running on your journey toward a fitter, healthier version of you. You’ll get access to our well loved small group fitness sessions where you’ll learn how to exercise properly in a supportive, friendly environment; you’ll have access to our ’30 Days Clean’ clean eating guide that’ll teach you how to eat for health, fitness AND enjoyment – without starving yourself. Even better! you’ll have cash leftover for brunch (which is totally allowed).

Why The Camp Fitness?
The Camp runs things a little differently to some of our other friends in the fitness industry. First and foremost we believe that fitness ISN’T just for fit people. We’ve created an intimate, friendly and supportive space that’s more akin to hanging out with friends than a commercial fitness service. You’ll always have access to your personal trainer, you’ll always have support available and you’ll be surrounded by likeminded people who are all here to get fit – just like you.
What happens during 30 Days Fit?
You’ll be given all the tools (and encouragement) you need to kickstart your fitness journey. Whether you’re starting from nothing or returning to fitness after a short (or long) hiatus; we can guarantee that after the 30 Days Fit program you’ll feel like a million bucks. You’ll get into a regular fitness routine, complete weekly challenges and enjoy healthy meals – that don’t taste like cardboard.
It all starts Saturday 2nd January, when you will receive your first challenge, access to our 30 Days Clean meal planner and private ’30 Days Fit’ Facebook group! Once you’ve completed your entry form; your space will be confirmed and all you need to do is wait!
