After joining The Camp on a 4 week Groupon voucher in early spring, Michelle quickly decided she would commit to our ‘Winter Workout 12 Week Fitness Challenge’. Overnight she developed a strong presence amongst the group who admired her can do attitude, dogged determination and laid back vibe. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday Michelle was there at 6:00am in Prince Alfred Park and every time she left a little fitter than when she arrived. More importantly she reported a Monday through Friday commitment to her meal plan without sacrificing her social life or the much appreciated glass of wine on the weekend. Losing 1kg per week consistently for the entirety of the challenge and consistently afterward until moving home to the UK; Michelle not only won the challenge (and $500 prize money!) but also her battle with yo-yo dieting and weight gain.
