KIDS PERSONAL TRAINING · SURRY HILLS

Fitness for all
ages and abilities

Exercise is important at any age, and the younger one starts, the better.

Kids personal training session

The Camp has experience working with neurodiverse children, developing sessions that focus on motor skills, coordination and confidence.

Our sessions not only concentrate on traditional exercise for strength, using body weight or light dumbbells, but also incorporate everyday skills such as cycling, running and skateboarding, to help kids fit in with their peers in the myriad of activities they get up to day to day. Whatever the goals are, we are happy to work with our clients to bring out the best in them.

We celebrate diversity and inclusion every day at The Camp.

Questions

What age can children start personal training?

We work with children of different ages and abilities, tailoring sessions to their individual needs and development. Whether your child wants to improve their fitness, develop new skills or simply become more active, we'll create an enjoyable programme suited to them.

What activities are included in kids' personal training?

Sessions are designed to be fun and engaging, using a combination of games, running, cycling, bodyweight exercises, light weights and coordination activities. We can also work on everyday skills such as balance, movement and confidence, depending on your child's interests and goals.

Where do kids' personal training sessions take place?

We bring the training to you! Sessions can take place at your home, in your apartment building's gym or at a local park. We provide the equipment and tailor the activities to the available space and your child's needs. We offer mobile kids' personal training in Surry Hills and surrounding Sydney suburbs.

Does my child need to be sporty or physically active already?

Not at all! Our sessions are suitable for children of all fitness levels and abilities, including those who aren't particularly sporty or confident with physical activity. We take a friendly, encouraging approach, helping children develop their coordination, strength, fitness and confidence at their own pace.
