The Camp provides personalised training for older adults, with sessions tailored to your abilities, goals and fitness level. Whether you want to improve balance, build everyday strength, return to exercise after a break or simply stay active, we can design a program that suits you.


We offer mobile personal training and can come to your home, apartment gym or local park, making it easy to train in a comfortable, familiar environment without travelling to a gym.
Our sessions focus on functional movement and practical strength, using bodyweight, resistance training and mobility work to support everyday activities and improve quality of life.
