October 2025

The gang warmed up their vocal cords for the Pub Choir at Enmore Theatre. There was many a bum note, before we our final performance, where we sang our hearts out and rocked like the superstars, we are!

September 2025

We had a fantastic night at The Redfern Hotel, putting our general knowledge to the test at Jackie Daniels’ pub trivia. We may not have taken the top prize, but we had plenty of fun with a friendly competition between our teams.

Laser Tag was so much fun! Adults instantly turning into kids and very competitive ones at that. Alan won the day, drawing on his many hours on his Playstation.

Another Christmas in July, with a roast lunch and secret Santa pressies. Everyone got into the spirit of the season wearing ugly sweaters and themed dress. Good time was had by all.

We stepped up and tried our hand at cocktail and dumpling making. Needless to say that once applied with alcohol we were no longer demure chefs. A lot of fun was had though!

We tried our hand at some life drawing this month. There was definitely some talented folks amongst us and then there were people happy to be there just for the wine!

Wow! What an amazing social we had this month. We hired a catamaran for a cruise around the harbour and also took in the SailGP. Dropping anchor in a cute bay, we were able to have a swim, BBQ and enjoy the amazing Sydney Harbour views.

An absolutely spiffing afternoon at Sydney Clay Target Shooting. Dressed as English gentry – the Madonna and Guy Ritchie years, we took aim and diligently shot our pigeons.

A very chilled social this month. We enjoyed a pub lunch at The Lord Nelson, before heading to Hotel Palisade for a few rooftop drinks.

Yee-haw! We headed to Glenworth Valley for a horse riding adventure. Surrounded by stunning scenery, whilst we meandered along the trial, made for a great day!

Part 2 was Christmas in July, at the Sydney Park Hotel. Where we had a massive roast, did Secret Santa and of course couldn’t go without dessert at Messina!

Kathy it’s me! We joined 500 other Kate Bush’s at Sydney Park, at The Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever, for part 1 of our July social.

Oh boy! Karaoke was a drunken fun mess. We blasted out some bangers at Goros in Surry Hills, then head to the pub for some well earned grub.

Drag Bingo at the Zetland Hotel, hosted by Miss Prada Clutch, was a riot! Half naked men on the dobbers, x-rated prizes and plenty of shirtless action.

What a great afternoon we had at the Penrith Whitewater Stadium. Everyone survived, even though there were many a ‘man overboard’ moments.

Dressed as pink pirates, we ensured that Camper Benita was dispatched on her world sailing trip with a good amount of shenanigans at Clovelly Bowling Club, dinner at Clovelly Bar and dip in the drink to end the day of fun.

We shook off the holiday season cobwebs by testing our general knowledge skills at Bar Cleveland.  Unfairly pipped at the post with a question about croissants, it was ultimately a great night out!

Closing out the year with an orphans Christmas dinner and drinks and more drinks!

We had beautiful morning at Point Piper for our first beach bootcamp of the season. Followed by paddle boarding and brunch picnic.

This month’s social was such a blast! We headed out to the Sydney International Equestrian Centre to take part in the 5KM Foam Fest. With matching outfits and a good amount of caffeine, we tackled the course.

The lovely Fionnuala helped us relax with a beautiful session of yoga, at Centennial Park. After which we enjoyed a picnic in the sun.

September 2023

Our social this month, was a gastronomic delight. We grabbed dinner at Spice Alley, then head over to Koi for dessert.

August 2023

We took out our frustrations at Smash Room City, over at Homebush. Supplied with a crate of crockery and glassware each, we smashed the items with our chosen object. It was a great experience.

JULY 2023

Our annual Christmas in July event was a triumph this year. We began the morning with Elliot from Murders Most Foul, for a walking tour around Surry Hills, discovering murders that had taken place over the centuries. Then it was off to the Dove and Olive for a well-earned drink and roast. Followed by Dirty Secret Santa.  

JUNE 2023

Thanks to Camper Anne, we scored tickets to the AFL pride round, Swans v St Kilda, at the SCG. We stopped in at The Carrington for a steak and pint beforehand. Great night out!

MAY 2023

We headed to the royal national park, from where we hiked down to the figure 8 pools. We had a great day, with stunning weather and the pools to ourselves.
