We believe that exercise is important at any age and the younger one starts, the better. The Camp has experience working with neurodiverse children, developing sessions that focus on motor skills, coordination and confidence.

Our sessions not only concentrate on traditional exercise for strength, using either body weight or light dumbbells, but also incorporate more everyday skills such as cycling, running and skateboarding, to help kids fit in with their peers, in the myriad of activities they might get up to day-to-day. Whatever the goals are, we are happy to work with our client to bring out the best in them.
